We have a great opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Kia and Mitsubishi Dealership in Toowong. Our candidate will have a can do attitude, enjoy a fast paced environment with a strong focus on customer service. The Role: Working Monday – Friday you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction within the service department in addition to: Face-to-face contact with servicing customers as they drop off and pick up their vehicles. Maintaining regular contact with our servicing customers & provide updates on their vehicles. Liaising with internal workshop employees to ensure that jobs are completed within time frames Our Service Advisor Attributes: Demonstrated experience in a customer facing role Professional, polished presentation with a focus on customer service Professional integrity – punctual, reliable and honest Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Good computer literacy Current Drivers Licence Previous experience in a similar role within a dealership will be highly regarded but not essential What we Offer: Great team culture working in an environment where we prioritise professionalism Excellent Remuneration package Career stability with real opportunities for development.
