The Role We are currently seeking a full time or part time Administrator to support our team of Strata Managers or a property professional looking to take the next step in their career journey. You will enjoy the support and guidance of a company that practices what they preach. Our current team has a business development manager and trust accountant/strata assistant, so your role will purely be the management of a new strata roll. There is a strong value on health and well-being and the office environment is flexible and rewarding. Duties The position will include: General admin tasks, such as answering calls, greeting clients and taking messages Liaising with our fantastic owners & stakeholders Support and assist the strata managers on meeting processes from preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes of the meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with teammates and clients Progression The role would have an option to progress to a Strata Manager role to include managing your own strata portfolio, if desired! Skills Are you a strata assistant looking for a better environment? Work in customer service and looking to get into the real estate industry? Or a seasoned strata manager seeking a more flexible role and manageable workload?
