Qualified heavy diesel mechanic required for busy workshop in Carrum Downs. We are looking for a fully qualified heavy diesel mechanic. We work on several large fleets of trucks, semi trailers, cars, forklifts and various other machinery. Our main customers are businesses which allows us to build long lasting and positive relationships. Our workshop is based in Carrum Downs and we also carry out onsite work on trucks and semi trailers with our fully equipped service vehicles, we also offer a 24/7 break down service for trucks which will lead to you being involved in an oncall rooster. We are after team player who is not afraid of hard work and wants to contribute to a successful team. Must have’s; Heavy diesel mechanic qualifications Current drivers licence Can do attitude! Willingness to learn and upskill Ability to work autonomously Desire to work as a team and help others when required Nice to have; Heavy vehicle licence Forklift licence Experience in tyre replacement What we offer you! Cash bonus at Christmas Weekend work only if you opt in for the over time, paid @ 1.5 times your hourly rate for the first 3 hours, then 2 times your hourly rate there after.
