Are you someone who loves working with data, streamlining processes, and making sense of numbers? This is a great opportunity to join the IT & Risk Management department. What You will Do: · Contribute to ongoing IT support for stores with a customer service focus. · Maintain and improve Excel-based reports and dashboards. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and reporting requirements. · Automate and streamline reporting processes using Excel, VBA, Power Query, or Power BI (bonus). · Assist with data integrity and troubleshooting report issues. What We’re Looking For: · Strong interest and skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.). · Solid understanding of data analysis and reporting best practices. · Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or VBA is a plus (but not essential). · Attention to detail and a natural problem-solver. · A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. · Willingness to learn and grow within an IT environment.
