What we are looking for: Analyst - ERP Administration, Reporting & Financial Review As an innovative and rapidly growing company in the mining and resources sector, we are seeking a skilled Analyst to join our dynamic team. About the Role Specialising in ERP Administration, you will play a crucial role in optimising business operations and supporting strategic decision-making processes across the organisation. Your key responsibilities include: ERP System Administration & Management Administer, configure, and maintain ERP systems to ensure optimal performance Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and customisations Implement and test ERP system updates, patches, and new modules Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems Financial Reporting & Analysis Create and maintain comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making Perform detailed financial analysis and data interpretation to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support strategic business decisions Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements Business Process Optimisation Analyse existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement Recommend and implement process enhancements to maximise efficiency and productivity Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into ERP system solutions Document system configurations, customisations, and business processes What you'll need to succeed: Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Commerce or related field Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on ERP experience, including system implementations and support Strong background in financial analysis and reporting Experience in manufacturing, mining or industrial sectors highly regarded Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP software systems (PRONTO preferred) Advanced MS-Excel skills including financial modelling and data analysis Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software (Power BI) Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis Understanding of business intelligence and reporting tools Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities Project management experience and ability to handle complex technical projects Commitment to data accuracy, security and compliance What's in it for you: Competitive salary package commensurate with experience Professional development and career advancement opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment At Drillcube we are committed to maintaining an inclusive workplace that cultivates innovative thinking, teamwork and excellence.
