About the role We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our dynamic team at Maserati Melbourne & Melbourne City RAM in Richmond, VIC. As the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of our parts department, ensuring the availability of the right parts at the right time to support our vehicle servicing and repair activities. This is a full-time role with competitive remuneration, commission and excellent benefits. What you'll be doing Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of automotive parts, tools, and accessories for Maserati & RAM Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock control measures Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable pricing and monitor product quality Process customer orders and provide expert advice on part selection and availability Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Existing experience with Pentana preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and accessories, and the ability to quickly identify the right parts for each job Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide expert advice to customers and technicians Proficient in using inventory management systems and data analysis tools Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing parts team Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and stakeholders A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively to improve processes and drive efficiency in a fast paced environment What we offer At Maserati Melbourne and Melbourne City RAM we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
