We are partnering with a purpose-driven organisation seeking an experienced Remuneration and Job Design Partner to lead a key project over the next six months. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping job architecture and remuneration frameworks in readiness for an upcoming transformation. The Role Reporting into the Manager, Employee Experience, this role will lead the development of a new job architecture and remuneration structure. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, consistency, and equity across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Defining job families, levels, and career pathways Aligning roles with organisational strategy and workforce planning Designing pay bands and salary structures through benchmarking and internal analysis Developing total rewards strategies, including incentives and benefits Facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions and leading change communications Using workforce data to provide insights and inform decision-making About You We are looking for an experienced HR professional who brings a strategic mindset and hands-on delivery experience.
