Utilise your financial accounting background to directly support our Senior Leaders Career opportunity for a CPA / CA Qualified Analyst Modern and bright Richmond Head office About the Role: You will be responsible for the delivery of effective & quality financial reporting and analysis to various internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the implementation of process improvement to respond to the growing needs of the business. This will require you to build strong working relationship across the company and communicate our financial performance effectively to operational teams, franchisees and an executive audience. You will work together with various teams in ensuring our monthly results are completed on time. Responsibilities include: Reporting directly to the Group Reporting Manager, the Group Reporting Analyst will work in a hybrid financial management and reporting analytical role. You will also be responsible for: Compiling and analysing financial information to prepare monthly Management Reports as well as Finance Board Papers; Supporting the Financial Control team with key financial ratio analysis and all related financial data analysis; Being the conduit between Financial Control and Commercial Finance team in driving reporting efficiency and framework; Monitoring Group cash flow and working closely with internal stakeholders in providing accurate cash flow forecast; Supporting Accounting team in month-end close and annual audit processes; Supporting the maintenance and enforcement of group reporting governance.
