About the Role SeaLink SEQ is looking for a proactive and experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace while also coordinating crew training across our maritime operations. You’ll work closely with leadership, crew, and stakeholders to implement and improve our HSE Safety Management Systems. What You’ll Do Assisting in the maintenance and improve HSE Safety Management Systems Promote a safe working environment and risk management processes Assist in conduct incident investigations and monitor corrective actions Perform site visits, inspections, risk assessments, and audits Monitor training needs and emergency preparedness drills Stay up to date with WHS, Environmental, and Marine legislation Administer the online safety management system Participate in the HSE Committee and support strategic safety initiatives About You We’re looking for someone who is: Confident and organised A great communicator – written and verbal Motivated to drive change and engage teams Experienced in HSE (2 years in a similar role) Qualified – Certificate 4 or Diploma in WHS Trained in Incident Investigation (preferable) Knowledgeable in WHS, Environmental, and Marine legislation Why Join SeaLink SEQ?
