We’re currently looking for experienced female disability support workers located in Brisbane for immediate and upcoming shifts. This role focuses on supporting participants with psychosocial disabilities to build independence, confidence and connection in their everyday lives. As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping participants achieve their NDIS goals and create positive change through personalised support, community access, emotional wellbeing and daily routines. Please note: Due to participant preference, this role is open to female applicants only . Applicants must be based in Brisbane . What We’re Looking For Minimum 12 months experience in disability or mental health support Qualification in Disability Support, Mental Health or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in managing psychosocial disability and complex needs Current First Aid, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check Strong English reading and writing skills Reliable, values-driven and ethically minded A kind, professional and compassionate approach Your Role Provide personalised daily living and self-care support Assist with access to community, appointments and social activities Keep accurate records and report changes or concerns Work in line with Care Compass policies and NDIS standards Create safe, respectful and empowering environments Why Join Us?
