Vice President of Operations (Franchise) Vice President of Operations (Franchise) Blue Rock search has partnered with a growing, service-based franchise brand operating in a specialized niche within the health and wellness space. With a national presence and strong demand for its offering, the company is positioned for continued expansion and operational scale. We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead national operations across 129 territories and support the brand’s continued growth. With 18.6% YoY revenue growth and plans to expand by 19 new territories this year, this is a high-impact leadership role focused on elevating franchisee performance and building scalable systems to support long-term success. This highly crucial role would be based in Charlotte, NC.
