The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with extensive experience integrating these solutions into broader technology ecosystems. This role requires expertise in leveraging Azure technologies, DevOps practices, and advanced programming skills to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient business solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box features; develop custom solutions where needed. Work extensively with the Marketing and Customer Service modules of Dynamics 365. Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other software solutions using Azure Stack and related technologies. Develop and maintain custom workflows, plug-ins, and integration solutions with third-party vendors. Utilize programming skills in C#, ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality. Leverage REST, Web API, and Azure technologies for system integrations and application extensions. Implement and manage DevOps practices, including build and release pipelines, using Azure DevOps (MS VSTS). Create and maintain reports and data integrations for Dynamics 365. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical expertise and support as needed. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience designing and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Demonstrated expertise in the Marketing and Customer Service modules of Dynamics 365. Strong experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems using Azure Stack. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 solutions. Proficiency with SnowFlake and the development of a new of modernised data-related platform. Advanced knowledge of C#, REST, Web API, and Azure technologies. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices for Dynamics 365, including Azure DevOps pipelines. Experience with Dynamics CRM custom workflows and plug-in development. Strong knowledge of MS VSTS/Azure DevOps. Ability to assess business needs, utilize out-of-box features, and develop custom solutions when necessary. Must undergo Police Check screening. Preferred Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
