Join a Confidential New Land Estate Development A confidential leading national developer is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Agent / Estate Manager to lead on-site sales for a boutique, 130-lot land subdivision set in the heart of Campbelltown. With strong early demand generating over 150 leads weekly, this is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing project from the outset. About the Role: As the Estate Manager , you will manage enquiries, drive sales performance, and ensure the estate and sales office present to the highest standards. Success will come from expertly guiding buyers through the sales journey, maintaining builder relationships to provide house & land solutions, and contributing to sales and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage new and existing enquiries, including database follow-up, to secure sales now or in the future and provide feedback on communications Lead a smooth sales process from initial greeting to contract signing Negotiate with buyers and present offers to Sales Director/Manager Create bulk sales opportunities with builders where possible Monitor and report daily on estate maintenance to keep presentation top-notch (signage, landscaping, rubbish, lighting, etc.) Build strong relationships with builders to promote land and house packages through various channels Work closely with Accredited Agents to generate referrals Advise Sales Director on marketing, sales strategies, and pricing to hit targets and maximise growth Keep the sales office clean, organised, and stocked with up-to-date marketing materials and supplies Provide monthly reports on competitor activity Guide and train the Estate Assistant as needed About You Proven experience in house / land sales Established builder relationships and ability to package land with build solutions Current real estate certificate or license Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused Knowledge of Campbelltown or South-West Sydney market is advantageous What’s on Offer Circa $70k Base salary (Debit/Credit) $3000 commission per sale OTE $200K based on achievable targets of 5 lots sold per month at an average lot price of $630,000 Opportunity to work on a strong-performing estate with a long-term pipeline Supportive and professional developer environment To apply: For more information, please email your CV to cbradbery@goughrecruitment.com.au or call Coralie Bradbery on 0431 996 432.
