About the role As a Plan Management Officer, you will offer a quality service to our NDIS plan managed participants and support the Claims Officer and Team Leader to ensure efficient financial management of CCPC. Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Plan Management Officer will include: Signing up of new plan management participants and renewal of existing clients Processing a pproved invoices for plan managed participants using the Plan Management System, MYP Maintaining participant records within MYP and creating the recurring setup and fee schedules Ensuring invoiced items are within the NDIS reasonable and necessary framework and within each NDIS participant’s funded supports in accordance with service agreements Reviewing and monitoring participant plans and budgets, minimising over/underspending and identifying opportunities to utilise excess funds Key Selection Criteria Previous experience performing a similar role within accounts and administration, with a thirst for learning and an aptitude for providing positive and high-quality customer service. Knowledge of the NDIS system will be highly regarded.
