About the Role We're looking for a warm, confident and organised Patient Experience Concierge to join our friendly team in Wyoming, NSW. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, supportive and efficient experience from the moment they walk in. Whether it’s helping someone check in, navigating services like Skin2 Clinic or Evoca Women’s Health, or simply offering a friendly smile – your impact will be felt every day. Key Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors, assist with QR code check-in and direct them appropriately Support reception with appointment bookings, scanning, basic admin and phone calls Maintain front-of-house cleanliness, stock brochures and materials, and monitor patient wait times Encourage Google reviews and help educate patients about healthcare programs such as CDBS and CDM Open and close the medical centre, ensuring a smooth start and end to each day Relay patient feedback and assist the Practice Manager with any service or WHS concerns What We’re Looking For You’re a people person through and through – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. You take pride in presentation, love helping others, and bring a calm, professional presence to everything you do. Experience in reception, hospitality, retail or a concierge-style role Medical centre or healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly manner Ability to multitask, stay organised and work well under pressure Basic tech skills and a willingness to learn QR check-in and admin systems Understanding of programs like CDM and CDBS (desirable) A team player mindset – ready to jump in and support colleagues when needed Certificate III or IV in Health Administration, First Aid and CPR certification (desirable) Why Join Us?
