About the Program Our 12-month rotational Graduate Program gives you real experience across the business - from Human Resources and Quality Assurance to our Value-Add division and Production. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gain practical knowledge, and be supported every step of the way as you build your career. What You'll Explore: Human Resources Get involved in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. Quality Assurance Work on food safety standards, HACCP/ISO compliance, product testing, and continuous improvement. Value Add Dive into product development, packaging innovation, market research, and project coordination.
