The Role: Our Gatton depot has an opportunity for a Transport Administrator to join their team. You will provide administrative support in the day-to-day administration activities in the depot including general admin support, manifesting, data input and debriefing. This is a casual position to work up to 25 hours spread across 2-3 days a week. Days vary across Monday – Saturday. Additional shifts available to be picked up as per seasonal requirements. Your main responsibilities will include: Manifesting consignments Loading planning and supporting operations The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met Managing freight bookings and time slot requests Debriefing driver paperwork Assisting with depot pallet control Ad hoc administrative duties as directed by the Administration and Depot Manager Ensuring that all transport documents are correctly completed, filed and utilised in compliance with any and all regulatory standards for the transportation industry.
