We have three wonderful girls and are looking for a carer for our eldest daughter Kasey who has special needs, a mild intellectual impairment and autism. Kasey has finished school and is currently exploring lots of opportunities on what the future might look like for her. She will need a 'village' to help her achieve this. We are still working her program out so flexibility for shifts is important but looking at half days . We have had great people before who have gone on to establish great careers from the experience and support we give. This role would suit someone in OT, nursing or education background but open to others. Great rates and reliable work for the right person.
