About the RoleIn this hybrid client service and project delivery role, you'll be the key connector between our clients and internal teams. You’ll lead day-to-day account management while also overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource coordination to ensure seamless execution across creative, digital, content, and production deliverables. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Service Key client contact for all communication on projects/ campaigns assigned to youGuide and deliver all projects/ campaigns in line with the approved strategic and creative visionBuilding & maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external partners and agenciesSeek out opportunities to grow our relationship with the client, their business and the profile for the brands withinInterpret and communicate feedback in a clear and constructive mannerProblem solve and take on client challenges to focus on solution Negotiate clearly to ensure win/ win situations and approval of work and ideasConstantly think two steps aheadBuilding & maintaining strong, trusting relationships with Clients Project ManagementSuccessfully manage all your projects from conception to completionDrive timelines/deadlines, agreed deliverables whilst ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget.Seamlessly manage workload, priorities and communication of deadlines with your direct report/s, the wider internal team, client and external partnersClear written communication when delivering briefs to the wider teamExcellent attention to detail, in written and verbal communicationManagement of client budgets, tracking, reconciliation reports, timings & contact reportsSupport senior colleaguesManage direct reports and mentor / nurture team membersAssist with pitches for new business when requiredWhat We’re Looking For7 years of experience in an account management or project management role, ideally within a creative, digital, or integrated agencyStrong understanding of marketing communications, digital production, and creative processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesDetail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focusedComfortable working independently and as part of a fast-paced team In return, you will be given the opportunity to pave your own success within the agency.
