The RoleReporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, the Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Customer Officer (CCO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) provides high-level administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the offices of the CCO, CFO and CTO. This role also includes responsibilities as a Company Secretary Assistant, supporting corporate governance and compliance activities. The EA will work closely with the EA to the CEO to ensure alignment and efficient communication across the executive team. Key Responsibilities Project ManagementAssist in the planning and execution of projects and initiatives led by the CCO, CFO and CTO.Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and ensure project alignment. Administrative SupportManage and maintain the CCO, CFO and CTO’s calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CCO and CTO, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization.Expense reconciliation for CCO, CFO and CTO. Relationship ManagementServe as a liaison between the CCO, CFO, CTO, and other executives, employees, clients, and external partners.Foster positive relationships and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Event CoordinationPlan and coordinate events, conferences, and off-site meetings for the CCO, CFO and CTO.Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements. Admin teamWork with the Admin team to support the smooth running of the National Support Office.Any other ad hoc tasks as required by the Executive Business Partner What you will bring5 years experience in an executive assistant or business support role, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-led environment.Previous experience supporting more than one executive simultaneously.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.Curious, innovative, down-to-earth, an open mind, and a dynamic approach to your work.
