Additionally, we provide comprehensive assistance with our own internal finance brokers and NDIS SDA property management business boasting a 95% occupancy rate with our NDIS SDA homes. Booked appointments will be provided . We have an established sales process that is supported by our CRM. Our sales process ensures that our consultants only deal with motivated buyers. Our consultants develop and manage a pipeline of prospects over a short and long period, constantly following them up to help them move forward with their property investment journey. Please note that this is an independent contractor role that is paid commission only.
