Direct message the job poster from KYHA Studios We're hiring: Head of Operations & Logistics Location: Melbourne or New York | Full-time | Global scope KYHA Studios is on an international growth trajectory and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of Operations & Logistics to lead our global supply chain, logistics, and inventory operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a critical role in delivering operational excellence across our network, from global stocktake to final shipment, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective customer experience. What you’ll do Streamline systems and processes Develop and enhance logistics and supply chain systems to optimize delivery and inventory control Drive efficiency through implementation of best practices across all operational workflows Lead global logistics Strategically manage warehousing, transportation, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes Oversee inter-company transfers and stock movements to support business demand Collaborate across teams Partner closely with production, commercial, and operations teams to align inventory with order fulfillment and growth Foster clear communication across departments to resolve challenges proactively Own inventory accuracy Lead the global stocktake process and ensure accuracy across merchandise, raw materials, samples and stock inventory Monitor stock rotation and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts Manage facilities and distribution centres Oversee daily operations of global distribution centres and internal warehousing Manage property needs across retail and head office locations, including leases, maintenance, and improvements Champion the ERP system Serve as the primary ERP contact, ensuring system adoption and continuous improvement across operations Who you are Proven leader in operations and logistics, ideally with experience in fast-paced, global, or multi-site businesses Experience in fashion, luxury, or bridal industries is a plus Strong understanding of supply chain principles and ERP systems Comfortable working across time zones (Australia and New York) Strategic, solutions-oriented thinker with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Your team Operations Manager – USA Operations & Dispatch – Australia Qualifications Required Relevant qualifications in logistics, operations management, or business administration Strong skills in supply chain, inventory management, distribution, and ERP systems Preferred Tertiary qualifications Experience in facilities and property management Seniority level Seniority level Executive Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Retail Apparel and Fashion Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at KYHA Studios by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Head of Logistics” roles.
