Childcare Jobs - Support office, Full Time - Melbourne VIC, Australia The Recover@Work Partner is responsible for providing support, guidance, and coaching in work and non-work related case management, including strategies, rehabilitation, and Recover@Work. They also provide technical advice related to Workers Compensation legislation and its application in the early learning environment. Your Impact Apply early intervention claims management strategies and approved initiatives to all work-related and non-work-related injuries/incidents, including the First 48 hours approach and Telehealth Services. Develop and monitor meaningful Recover@Work plans for claims lodged with insurers within legislative timeframes. Develop and monitor injuries in consultation with injured employees, managers, and relevant stakeholders. Identify and resolve barriers to sustainable recovery, including gathering relevant medical information. Ensure claims management strategies support key business objectives, such as reducing workers' compensation premiums and claims costs. Maintain regular communication with injured employees, managers, insurers, doctors, RTW specialists, and others involved in the claim. Attend claims reviews with insurers, which may require interstate travel. Support the Safe Work and Wellbeing team in developing and maintaining training programs and resources. Collaborate with the Safe Work team to ensure seamless information transfer regarding work-related injuries and illnesses. Manage non-work-related injuries/illnesses, determining appropriate strategies in consultation with relevant departments.
