This is a hands-on Property Accountant role responsible for managing the financial operations of two key assets within a growing and innovative residential property group. The role offers a blend of financial reporting, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement in a dynamic, design-led environment. Description Full financial management of two residential assets Preparation of monthly reporting, P&L statements, and variance analysis Budget preparation and ongoing budget management Oversight of capex tracking and reporting Tenant and rental collections, including liaison with the operations team Support process improvement initiatives and ad hoc financial tasks Regular reporting to the Group Financial Controller and collaboration with operational stakeholders Profile The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, be confident working autonomously and be able to demonstrate a passion and commitment to support the wider team.
