Our highly respected company was established in 1999 to provide quality home based, person-centred services that emphasise client autonomy in decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals. Our client requests experienced support workers in the Wollongong area to assist to achieve goals, maximise potential for independence and live his best life within the community. We are looking for staff available on Tuesdays and Fridays and who are able to pick up additional shifts as required. Duties may include however are not limited to: Domestic assistance Meal preparation Planning for weekly/monthly appointments Reviewing home exercise programs (Physio, OT, SP) Supporting attendance at appointments Essential criteria : Minimum 1 year experience NDIS Worker screening check Working with Children Check First Aid Certificate National Police Check Driver Licence Registered and insured car Working rights in Australia Preferred but not essential: Experience working with participants with a Brain Injury preferred Benefits : · You will be paid for all your training · Complete Care Team is an EEO Employer Schedule : Shift work Experience : Support work and clinical care: 1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Casual Pay: $33.80 – $59.00 per hour Benefits: Referral program Travel reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplementary Pay: Penalty rates Work Location: In person
