Organisational Change Manager Start Date: August 2025 Contract Duration: 24 months potential 12 month extension Location of work: Brisbane We are looking for an Organisational Change Manager to join our team at a federal government department in Brisbane. The Senior Business Analyst will work with IT project and internal resources, SMEs, business stakeholders and vendors. About You: Experience in large-scale organisational change management programs and projects Experience managing all Organisational Change Management planning and documentation Experience developing project communications and artefacts Experience developing training material (Document, Video, etc) Experience leading training sessions with end users Experience assisting with business readiness for business and technical cutovers Experience assisting with end user acceptance testing Have strong relationship, interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to manage broad range of stakeholders PROSCI and Training certified (Advantageous) About Araza: Our organisation works with Australia’s largest enterprise and government clients providing project and program teams and resources to ensure success.
