You communicate clearly, engage others with ease, and can influence at every level to get buy-in and build confidence. Tertiary qualifications and a Cert IV in Training & Assessment and/or Lead Auditor qualification would be highly regarded, but what matters most is your ability to build trust, deliver quality, and drive cultural consistency.
