About the Role: Join VU’s newly formed Digital Transformation & Quality Learning portfolio and Digital Learning Environments team as a WIL (Work Integrated Learning) Systems Administrator. You will assist with the user help-desk service, training, vendor liaison, system upgrades and improvements, and support the Colleges and VU TAFE and students. The WIL Administrator also coordinates the University’s WIL Network and assists with the ongoing review, maintenance and application of related policies, procedures and processes. This is a full-time continuing position at a HEP 6 classification, salary range $88,691 - $96,001 per annum plus 17% superannuation, classification working 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week. Some of the duties you are expected to perform are: Provide high-level organisational and administrative support to InPlace internal and external users Respond and resolve technical issues raised through multiple channels. Train and support users on WIL functions, and develop review and maintain associated training resources. Conduct regular testing of new upgrades and develop associated test cases. About You: A dual-sector perspective, and understanding of TAFE and Higher Education. Experience in administering, maintaining, and upgrading of enterprise systems, particularly InPlace. Well-developed skills in technical support, system administration, system problem analysis, data analysis, data entry and solution development. Advanced knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office Suite.
