What your work will involve As the Recruitment Coordinator you have a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment of talent for our services and head office teams. Your role encompasses developing campaigns to attract talent, screening candidates, through to contract offer. You will use your strengths of relationship building and influence, working closely with Hiring Managers to coach and support them through the process. You will also be responsible for all relevant reporting in relation to the role and will contribute to other People & Culture projects.
