Ensuring the dough or batter meets quality standards before it moves to the next stage of production. Operating mixers, scales, and other related equipment safely and efficiently. Measuring, weighing, and combining ingredients according to specified recipes and formulas. Adhering to standard operating procedures, including safety guidelines and quality control measures. Completing necessary paperwork, including batch records and production logs.
