About the Role We are seeking experienced Pricing Analysts to join a thriving commercial business development team located at our client's Alexandria office in Sydney. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for crafting high-quality tenders, quotes, and business proposals. From early-stage pricing analysis and qualification to post-submission activities, you'll help guide projects through each phase-playing a vital part in driving both team performance and wider business growth. Key Responsibilities Analyse tender documents and produce detailed submissions in a timely manner, ensuring they align with company procedures and expectations Assist with daily operations within the commercial and business development teams Communicate directly with clients to discuss and refine bid and tender submissions Cultivate strong relationships with internal departments and external partners, particularly in the Asset Ownership and Management sectors Maintain adherence to internal tendering protocols and ensure all documentation meets required standards Skills and Experience Background in bids, tendering, estimating, pricing, or finance Strong communication and relationship-building skills Team-focused, accountable, and committed to achieving results Confident handling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred) Benefits and Perks Competitive salary range of $100K to $140K including super, based on experience Defined career progression with opportunities for long-term growth Performance recognition programs and regular salary reviews Easily accessible Alexandria location About the Company Our client is a respected national leader in the facilities services space, recognised for its innovation and people approach.
