Great opportunity for an experienced Bid/Tender Coordinator or someone with a Marketing or Communications background who’s confident in proposals and business writing to join a top consultancy supporting clients in the property and commercial real estate space. Working closely with project and cost managers, you'll play a key role in developing high-quality proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and capability statements across the APAC region. This is a 3-month contract with strong potential to extend. What You’ll Be Doing Analyse RFPs and tender documents to understand requirements and develop a tailored response strategy Draft, format, and finalise proposal content using input from technical teams Ensure all documents are compliant, well-structured, and submitted on time Proofread and edit all submissions with precision and consistency Manage and maintain a library of resumes, case studies, and standard content Collaborate on formatting and visual presentation of submissions Continuously improve internal processes, templates, and submission workflows Track opportunities and update project info via Salesforce CRM Provide general admin support across the bids function as needed Whats in it for you?
