About the Role Key responsibilities include: HRIS Support: Assist with maintaining and updating employee records in our HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. HR Processes: Support cyclical HR activities such as audits, casual conversions, wage subsidy tracking, and apprenticeship administration. Data Entry and Validation: Enter employee information into the HRIS system and help validate data to ensure it's accurate and up to date. Reporting: Help generate reports such as headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics. Records Management: Assist with maintaining organised, secure HR files and supporting compliance with records retention policies. Compliance Support: Contribute to monitoring compliance with employment legislation by helping maintain accurate records. Employee Support: Be a friendly point of contact for staff needing information or assistance with HR-related queries. What we’re looking for: A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Interest in HR systems (experience with Workday, HumanforceHR or similar is a plus, but not required). Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Why Join Us?
