Our Maintenance team is critical to this success – ensuring our fleet runs at peak performance through high quality servicing and maintenance. With this exciting new chapter, we are seeking a Workshop Manager to lead a team of Mechanics at our Sydney Airport Workshop. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, motivating a team of skilled mechanics, and championing continuous improvement across all workshop practices. The Boxes You'll Tick A connection with our Values – Passion, Integrity, Respect, Authenticity, Humility Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent qualification) Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) licence. Proven ability in managing workshop staff as well as influencing and creating a positive work culture. Strong computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) with the ability to learn our in-house systems. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse workforce. Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
