About the Role As a Financial Accountant, Revenue, you will take ownership of end-to-end revenue accounting for at-home aged care services. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting while supporting ongoing improvements in systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and reconcile revenue streams specific to at-home aged care, including government funding (e.g., HCP, CHSP) and client contributions; Ensure accurate and timely month-end revenue recognition, journals, and reporting; Review and manage billing processes, funding claims, and associated adjustments; Prepare audit-ready reconciliations and support the year-end audit process; Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and aged care funding guidelines; Work closely with operational teams to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies; Assist with the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes; and Provide insights and support to management through variance analysis and reporting. What You'll Need Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/CPA qualified or progressing; Prior experience in revenue accounting within the at-home aged care sector is essential; Strong understanding of aged care funding models, particularly HCP and CHSP; Proven skills in reconciliations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement; High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset; and Strong Excel and accounting system skills (TechOne or similar ERP experience a bonus).
