You’ll work closely with experienced Partners and a collaborative team, gaining exposure across a diverse client base while developing both technical and leadership skills. Key responsibilities include: Preparing Financial Statements and Tax Returns for various entities Completing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG obligations Managing payroll tax and workers compensation reconciliations Liaising with statutory authorities and supporting clients Mentoring junior team members and contributing to training Participating in team events and monthly tax updates Supporting a culture of growth, accountability, and shared success What You Bring You’re a proactive accounting professional who thrives in a team-focused environment and is ready to invest in your long-term career. You bring: 2 years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice CA qualification or currently undertaking CA studies A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks - or a strong aptitude for learning new systems Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills A client-first mindset and commitment to delivering quality service A long-term vision to grow into a leadership role and contribute meaningfully to the team Video
