Your Responsibilities As a Community Support Worker, you will: Provide professional and compassionate care. Support clients under general guidance from their family or themselves. Work within defined guidelines and exercise sound judgment, initiative, and confidentiality. Assist with daily personal care and community access. Manage your own schedule with minimal supervision. What We Need from You A genuine passion for empowering individuals with disabilities. This role requires a diploma in a relevant field. Experience in mental health, personal care, and handling youth with complex behaviors. Knowledge of restrictive practices . Certification and experience in the disability sector (career shifters welcome). A current NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check . A current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate . A valid Driver’s License and Comprehensive Car Insurance .
