You will help create a home away from home for our residents by coaching and mentoring staff in how to deliver person centred and individual care. This role is carried out in accordance with the identified needs of the team within a specific Residential Care home and incorporates a monitoring function to ensure the ongoing robustness of the model. This may include assisting Residential Managers with identifying and trouble-shooting any issues or problems which may arise. To be successful in this role, you will have: Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action. Significant practical experience in a training/mentoring role. Strong administrative and computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
