About the role We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager - Leisure & Affinity to join our growing Sales team in our Mascot office. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for managing and growing our key leisure and affinity client accounts. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver exceptional service and continuously improve our offerings to meet the evolving needs of our customers. What you'll be doing Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our key leisure partners Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure new business Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives and account plans to drive growth Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of services to leisure and affinity partners Monitor account performance and profitability, providing regular updates and recommendations Represent Redspot at industry events and client events to elevate our brand presence What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a senior account management or business development role, preferably within the travel, tourism and/or affinity sectors Proven track record of successfully growing and retaining high-value client accounts Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse data to identify growth opportunities Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Experience in rate setting, margin control, and commercial planning Strong CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce) and disciplined pipeline management Self-starter who thrives on accountability and achieving targets An understanding of the car rental or transportation industry is a plus What we offer At Redspot, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
