About the Role:As the Finance Shared Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising our finance shared services function (across ANZ). You will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, and implementing best practices to ensure continuous process improvement and a high level of service delivery to the business. Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.The establishment and implementation of foundational functions and national processes within AP/AP, Invoicing team.Evaluate and streamline finance processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee the processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other related activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate and timely financial reports to support decision-making;Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Oversee CSE Crosscom's credit policies and procedures Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.5 years experience managing a shared services function.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
