We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Customer Success Manager who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing, teaching, and coaching. You’ll be the go-to guide for our members—helping them master ads, fix funnels, and build skills that fuel real business growth. What You’ll Be Doing:Run our signature 2-day Launchpad workshops across Australia (monthly travel included)Host daily Zoom coaching calls (1-to-many) and 1:1 advisory sessionsSupport our member community with empathetic, strategic adviceTroubleshoot Meta/Google Ad campaigns and funnelsOnboard new members with personal welcome videosHelp members level up into advanced programs by spotting their growth potentialFilm and share member success storiesManage logistics like workshop registrations, venues, and training materials You’re a Great Fit If You:Know your way around Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and landing page buildersCan explain complex digital marketing clearly and simply (without the jargon)Feel confident on camera and on live callsHave endless patience and genuinely care about people’s growthAre a natural problem-solver who takes initiative and owns outcomes Bonus Points If You:Have experience in teaching, coaching, or online educationHave run your own service-based business or freelance workAre familiar with Skool, HighLevel, or conversion trackingHave taught kids or beginners (patience really pays off here!)
