Exciting Opportunity: Ministry Coordinator at CRU Educational Camps Do you have a heart for sharing the gospel with children and helping others grow in their faith? Are you passionate about equipping gospel workers for meaningful ministry? CRU Educational Camps is looking for a Ministry Coordinator to help deliver and assess the Certificate IV in Christian Ministry and Theology. In this role, you’ll support trainees, lead Christian Discovery sessions on camp, and provide spiritual guidance to staff, all while supporting CRU’s mission of proclaiming Jesus. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate and assess accredited ministry training. Lead engaging Bible sessions and provide pastoral care during camps. Develop training materials that inspire and equip. Mentor and disciple trainees through CRUs mentoring program. We’re looking for someone who: Has a mature Christian faith and is actively involved in a local church. Is passionate about biblical teaching and gospel ministry. Possesses strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Is eager to make a lasting impact through Christian education and discipleship. Is available to be work from our campsites in Galston and/or Lake Macquarie. Why CRU?
