About the role We now have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Head of B2B Marketing (WA, SA, VIC, ACT & NSWR). Reporting to the General Manager the role will be critical in driving Polyaire’s regional B2B marketing and content execution, with a primary focus on supporting the team and regional priorities (80%). The role will also provide strategic and execution support to the CMO’s (Chief Marketing Officer) national initiatives (20%) when required. We are looking for someone with proven ability to deliver effective B2B marketing and content execution aligned with business outcomes, who thrives on working in a dynamic and fast- paced operational environment. A can-do attitude and the ability to communicate effectively with your team, key customers and stakeholders will see you successful in this role. Key Accountabilities include: Regional B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution (WA, SA, VIC, ACT & RNSW - 80%) Develop and execute B2B marketing plans aligned with regional priorities to drive lead generation and sales growth. Lead trade go-to-market planning and execution for product launches within the region. Manage regional B2B campaigns, including trade promotions, email marketing, events, and presentations tailored to the HVAC and building sectors. Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop effective messaging and tools that support regional sales enablement. Track and report on regional marketing campaign performance and optimise for lead conversion. Lead the creation and deployment of content aligned with regional business needs, including digital and physical materials, promotional content, and training collateral. Collaboration and Leadership Act as the key marketing liaison within the WA, SA, VIC, ACT & RNSW leadership team. Support regional Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to ensure marketing activities align with sales and operational objectives. Manage and support any direct reports or agency partners engaged for regional marketing and content delivery. Collaborate with the CMO and national marketing team to align regional execution with broader brand and marketing strategies when required. Support for National Marketing Strategy (20%) Contribute to national marketing and content initiatives (which may include support for other states), when required and agreed with the General Manager, ensuring alignment with regional workload and priorities. Provide input and execution support for national campaigns impacting the WA, SA, VIC, ACT & RNSW markets. What you will bring to the role: 5 years of experience in B2B marketing within wholesale, HVAC, building, or related industries. Experience executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns collaboratively with sales and operational teams. Exposure to regional marketing management and trade-focused initiatives. Strong project management and prioritisation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proven ability to deliver effective B2B marketing and content execution aligned with business outcomes. Understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics for tracking and optimizing campaigns. Why join us?
