About the Position: A new opportunity has opened for an experienced Senior Associate – Commercial Litigation to join our client’s expanding dispute resolution practice. You’ll be stepping into a central role within a team that handles a diverse mix of sophisticated matters—from director and shareholder disputes, contract breaches, regulatory enforcement actions, to high-value tax litigation and IP disputes. This is more than just a technical legal role. You will be expected to contribute to case strategy, build trusted client relationships, and play a key part in mentoring junior solicitors. You’ll work side-by-side with an accomplished litigation partner known for both legal precision and commercial acumen, with exposure to headline-making disputes and a direct path toward a more senior leadership role.
