Tell me more You’ll play a pivotal role supporting and progressing Workers' Comp and MVA matters. With a clear structure in place and excellent systems to back you, you’ll be able to focus on what you do best - providing top-tier legal support and exceptional service to clients who truly need it. Your day-to-day will involve: Running or assisting across a high-volume file load, managing priorities accordingly Drafting legal correspondence and preparing court documents Liaising with clients, external stakeholders, insurers, Doctors, and Counsel as required Conducting legal research and reviewing medical evidence Working collaboratively with a committed team throughout all stages of the claims process What do I need?
