PHE is currently seeking a committed, driven and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to join our growing team in Brisbane on a permanent basis. This role is crucial in supporting our project-based finance operations. You'll be responsible for processing accounts payable, managing travel expenses, and allocating costs accurately within MYOB to ensure effective job tracking and reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Process all creditor invoices related to job and GL purchases (on account). Ensure timely entry and coding of invoices for all divisions. Allocate expenses accurately to relevant jobs/servers in MYOB for project costing. Reconcile and process travel expenses, including flights and accommodation. Liaise with project managers and internal teams to verify invoice allocations and approvals. Assist with end-of-month reporting and cost tracking as required. ABOUT YOU: Proven experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Administration, ideally in mining, construction, or project services. Experience using MYOB or similar accounting software. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cost centres or jobs. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
