With their continued growth, they are seeking a dynamic Clinical Operations Manager to join the executive team and lead the delivery of high-quality services across both Aged Care and disability support streams. Job Role and Summary: As the Clinical Operations Manager , you’ll lead a multidisciplinary senior team and oversee the delivery of safe, compliant, and individualised care to a broad client base. You will drive the implementation of a robust Clinical Governance Framework while also shaping operational excellence across business units. This is a dual leadership role, requiring equal strength in service oversight, clinical leadership, compliance, and workforce management. You will report directly to the Director and play a key role in strategic planning, continuous improvement, and organisational growth. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire senior managers across Care Services, Quality and Compliance, and People and Culture Oversee operational and clinical performance across Aged Care and Disability programs Implement and monitor the organisation’s Clinical Governance Framework and ensure best clinical practice Build strong community and industry relationships to support business development and growth Ensure systems and services comply with the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and legislative requirements Champion a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, safety, and cultural respect Review and enhance service delivery models, staff training, client onboarding, and risk management Support the integration and use of client management and quality systems Lead incident and complaint investigations, ensuring open disclosure and timely resolution Oversee care documentation, financial reporting, and contractual relationships with allied health and third parties Represent the organisation at community and networking events to grow its brand and reputation Required Skills & Experience: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 5 years in a Senior Leadership role within Aged Care, Disability, or Community Health services Relevant tertiary qualifications in management, community or clinical care; postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable Deep understanding of clinical governance, Aged Care legislation, quality standards, compliance and NDIS Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and implement systems that drive excellence Financial literacy and experience in managing budgets and service performance Strong written and verbal communication Time management, and conflict resolution skills Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities Current Driver’s Licence, own insured vehicle Must hold or be willing to obtain: NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, current COVID-19 and flu vaccinations Full working rights in Australia Benefits: Competitive Salary of $110k to $120k super bonus Monday to Friday - regain a work-life balance that offers flexibility Strategic Executive position within a fast-growing, mission-driven organisation Work with a culturally inclusive and values-based team dedicated to improving lives Opportunity to shape service delivery models and lead with purpose Ongoing professional development and training support How to Apply: If you’re ready to lead with purpose and drive meaningful change in Aged Care and Disability Services, I’d love to hear from you.
