This is more than a workshop it's a hub for innovation, precision and performance that will support the next generation of our industry-leading Hercules Truck Bodies , Barracuda Mining Buckets and full Lifecycle Support Services . About the Roles We are accepting Expressions of Interest for both immediate opportunities and future roles across our operations, including: Current Opportunities: Store & Dispatch Supervisor Lead inventory control and dispatch operations. Logistics or project management experience will be highly valued. Workshop Superintendent Oversee workshop activities with a hands-on approach. Welding/fabrication background preferred; engineering qualifications also considered. Boilermakers / Welders / Fabricators Trade certified, with strong fabrication and welding skills. Must be forklift ticketed and able to pass AS1554 weld testing. EWP, Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets are essential. Future Opportunities: Office Administration Cert III in Business Admin desirable. Experience or qualifications in safety, auditing or root cause analysis is a plus. QA/QC Coordinator Essential: CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent, Welding Supervisor Cert 10 (AS1796) and trade qualifications. ASME IX and OH&S certs are highly desirable. Industrial Painter & Blaster Must hold Cert III/IV, along with Working at Heights, Forklift and Confined Space tickets. Yardperson / Rigger / Plant Operator Licences required: Forklift, EWP, CN, Rigging/Dogging. Gantry crane certification and experience essential.
