About the Role Schlam is expanding in the Hunter Valley, and we’re seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our team at the new Muswellbrook facility. You’ll be working on the mining industry's most advanced and recognised equipment, our Barracuda excavator buckets and Hercules truck bodies. What You’ll Be Doing Fabricating, welding and assembling buckets and bodies Working on premium Barracuda and Hercules products built to outperform Interpreting technical drawings and following strict fabrication standards Carrying out equipment inspections and maintaining a safe workspace Completing all relevant safety and job documentation About Your Experience Australian recognised Trade qualified Boilermaker / Welder (Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent) Able to pass an AS1554 weld test Experience with heavy mobile plant or structural fabrication Solid understanding of metal fabrication tools, machinery and safe work practices Forklift licence, Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets (advantageous) A strong, proactive attitude with a focus on safety and quality Why Work for Us?
