With 4 locations currently, we’re in a powerful stage of growth with multiple new, purpose-built clubs opening across Victoria in the next 12-months to 3 years. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and driven State PT Manager to take ownership of our Victorian PT operations. Reporting directly to the Directors , you will lead the Fitness Director, Regional PT Managers, and work alongside Club Managers to drive operational performance, team development, and strategic growth. This is a critical leadership role within our business, responsible for ensuring our Victorian clubs deliver consistent standards, exceptional member experiences, and strong commercial results. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Lead, coach, and develop the Fitness Director and Regional PT Managers across Victoria. Support Club Managers and leadership teams to build a high-performance, people-first culture. Provide clear direction, mentoring, and accountability to ensure KPIs and business goals are achieved. Operational & Commercial Performance Oversee day-to-day operations and commercial performance across the Victorian club network. Ensure alignment to AFC’s national standards, processes, and strategic priorities. Monitor performance metrics across membership growth, PT performance, retention, and revenue. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operations, member experience, and business outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong, trusted relationships with Club Managers, PT leaders, and key stakeholders. Act as a key liaison between the Directors and the Victorian leadership teams. Represent AFC at industry events, internal meetings, and in the broader fitness community. Strategic Growth & Business Development Work closely with the Directors to support AFC’s strategic growth in Victoria. Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop high-performing teams. Identify new business opportunities, market expansion prospects, and ways to strengthen AFC’s brand and reputation. About You You are a commercially minded, people-focused leader with a proven track record in leading multi-site operations and building high-performing teams.
